Commercial-Use Guide

Can This Model Be Sold as a Physical Print?

Before requesting a custom model, please make sure the design can legally be printed and sold. Many 3D models are shared for personal use only. Being able to download a file, even a free one does not automatically include permission to sell physical prints made from it.

What to Look For

On the original creator’s listing, profile, store page, or license page, look for clear permission such as:

  • Commercial use permitted

  • Commercial license included

  • Merchant license

  • Permission to sell physical prints

A commercial license must allow the sale of the physical printed model. Some licenses allow use of the file in a business but still prohibit selling the physical object, so please read the wording carefully.

What Usually Is Not Allowed

I cannot produce a model for resale if its listing says:

  • Personal use only

  • Non-commercial use

  • No commercial use

  • Do not sell prints

  • No derivatives or redistribution, without separate physical sales permission

If no license or commercial permission is shown, please assume it is not approved until the original creator confirms otherwise in writing.

If You Are Unsure

Contact the original creator through their official store, profile, or website. Ask whether you may have a physical print made for commercial sale and keep their written answer. Then send me the original model link and the permission details with your request.

Fantasy Prints reviews every request, but I cannot provide legal advice or verify ownership of every design, logo, or character. I reserve the right to decline any project when commercial rights are missing, unclear, or cannot be confirmed.
